One evening, while waiting for friends (not photographers of course), on the wall of a building I noticed this writing (now with Toto 'universal) with an' addition (even with the money). But it is inevitably poorly written.
Maybe it was a momentary outburst and the author with Pennarola was there by chance. Or was it a boy who had been wronged by a former friend with money and showing off its economic social condition.
