Staro 630 - Campogrosso 1440: 1:09:09. This is my result of the 7-km mountain race in which I participated yesterday morning. A race continues to climb, that does not give you breath ever, but the satisfaction is the goal as well as the incredible panorama of the plains. Good week to all!

Back to Sunday, July 11 I participated in the Italian championship in mountain running S. James of Brentwood, I finished the 8km race in 1:05:21 very challenging, 22a-class, beautiful location but my legs were sore for three days, go down the stairs was a company!

Thursday, July 15 appointment of all'anguriara Giavenale near Schio in the province of Vicenza for the second edition of the race to the center of the world , 7.8 km of muggy, hot, sweat, flies and mosquitoes aggressive time spent 40.10! Finally

other race in the mountains last Sunday, the first race of the partisan Monte Corno, Asiago plateau, a route much less demanding than the previous Sunday, all dirt and wood for a total of about 7 km: 40.10! Same time on Thursday!

Sunday I will be here at St. James of Brentwood in the province of Trento for a ride in the mountains of 8km, a circuit up and down with a drop of 480 meters. I'm fine!

Here I am, after three weeks ready to update my blog!

I'm fine, today I feel so small problems after the surgery I have gone, now await the results.

I started to run, stop after two weeks, the return was made in a foreign land, just in the Czech Republic in the first edition of the half marathon of Olomouc, a good experience, good organization, shared a ride with 15 other athletes in the area!

Last week I ran a little due to the heat, in fact in the coming days I plan to move at night in the mountains to the plateau of Asiago training.

The weekend just past, I ran, but three days of relaxation in motion to grind kilometers to see the Grossglockner and go to the BMW rally in Garmisch!
