Here I am, after three weeks ready to update my blog!
I'm fine, today I feel so small problems after the surgery I have gone, now await the results.
I started to run, stop after two weeks, the return was made in a foreign land, just in the Czech Republic in the first edition of the half marathon of Olomouc, a good experience, good organization, shared a ride with 15 other athletes in the area!
Last week I ran a little due to the heat, in fact in the coming days I plan to move at night in the mountains to the plateau of Asiago training.
The weekend just past, I ran, but three days of relaxation in motion to grind kilometers to see the Grossglockner and go to the BMW rally in Garmisch!
