During the evening we will taste:
the BEER : a bottom-fermenting beer from the foam end, thick and persistent. Nose stands out the malt and a pleasant herbal smell of hops. You notice a taste of honey , a slight acidity and a very bitter content. Far below a traditional Pils. The body is well supported. It goes well with the first delicate, clear meat, fish, pizza and cheeses.
the WEIZEN beer, a wheat beer of high fermentation in the Bavarian tradition that requires a specific yeast. It looks the veiled typical Hefe Weizen that is not filtered. The aroma of banana beer is typical of this style. the typical mix of sweet / sour and bitter make it particularly suitable for quenching and summer months. 'S perfect with fried fish or even raw.
Beer FORMIDABLE beer is a strong and special high fermentation . Style between the strong ee of Abbey beer. It has a dark color and dense foam and persistent.
Despite the high alcohol content is characterized by excessive body that makes it easily drinkable . It should be served around 15 °, temperature shows that the taste of ripe fruit (cherry and cherry, licorice, wood and a light smoked). Goes very well with the tasty meat, cheeses, desserts and chocolate, especially the Sacher cake.
3 beers of the tasting will be accompanied by a tasty menu:
Pasta Pizzaiola (tomato, mozzarella, oregano, garlic and basil wanting)
Vegetable fritters tasting cheese on a bed of salad with a choice of Dessert
