A quick update on my last race, the one held last Sunday at Cimetta Codognè (TV) in the rain, wind and freddooooo!

A superb race, so I want to define, I'm amazed at myself, the end time is fantastic: 55'15 "to cover the distance of 12 km. I hope that this time of continuous form in November because I wait another half marathon.
